Um Qais sits atop an exquisite hill overlooking the Jordan Valley and Lake Tiberias, embracing an impressive collection of monuments, such as the picturesque black basalt stone theatre, a church and nearby square containing coffins made of black basalt stone, Baptist primary street, a side street containing shops, an underground shrine, two bathrooms, a water palm structure, a city gate and racecourse trails.

Um Qais, formerly known as a "wall", is the site of the famous mural pig miracle. It has long been known as a center of culture, home to several classical poets and philosophers such as Theodoros, with another poet even dubbed "Antioquia." Located on an exquisite hill overlooking the Jordan Valley and Lake Tiberias, it is renowned for its amazing pillar streets, arched balcony, and theatrical monuments. You can walk around to look at the views and then eat in the balcony of a luxury restaurant in front of a spectacular view.
